"Got it connected in an afternoon"
I set up JivoChat for our site last week, and by that afternoon we had it tied into our CRM and Slack too. I’m not super technical, so I was expecting a few headaches, but most of it just worked. The settings I needed were easy enough to find, and I didn’t feel like I had to turn it into a whole project. A few days in, it’s been a relief having everything connected without much hassle

I reached out to support and, it felt like they just kept dodging my questions. Like, nothing actually got fixed, and I ended up feeling frustrated with the whole thing

"Works okay, but the mixed signals are annoying"
It works fine most of the time and usually gets the job done, but it can be slow here and there. My bigger gripe is the communication isn’t always clear, so you’re left wondering what’s going on when things feel unstable. Overall, it’s usable, just a bit frustrating at times.

"A Bit Frustrating to Set Up"
I was already in a tired mood when I started setting it up, so that probably didn’t help, but the whole process felt more confusing than I expected. It also took longer than I hoped, and I found myself getting a little frustrated trying to figure everything out...

"Good widget, just a little slow, sometimes"
The chat widget works fine, overall, and getting it set up was easy. It does run a bit slow sometimes, but nothing too major.

I’ve been using Jivochat to adjust how the chat looks and behaves on our site, it’s been decent. I liked that I could change the widget colors, edit the messages, and choose where it shows up, though I wasn’t totally sure at first if all the options were going to be worth the effort.
The automation stuff is helpful too, especially the auto replies and triggers. It did take me a little while to figure out how everything worked, so I wouldn’t say it was completely smooth from the start, but once I got it set up, it did what I needed.

"pretty Good value for the price"
jivochat has been a good deal for us, honestly. It’s not the fanciest tool out there and some of the features feel a bit basic, but for what we use it for, it gets the job done. overall it saves us time and money, so I can’t really complain
